Kay was of her generation - a matriarch of the community - with a giant heart, who gave of herself with humour and grace. Kay Will be fondly remembered by those of us who lived as her neighbour on North Terrace - in the Works Estate and wish her extended family well at this sad time - Beir Bua!

Beautiful childhood with Kay as a neighbour. Parties in her and Mal’s back garden were truly a cherished memory. Will play ‘Magic Moments’ by Perry Como for you today as that’s what time with you and our North Terrace family truly were. Always in my heart. Lots of love.

Rest in peace dear Kay. You and Malachy hosted many a soiree for our little ones on North Terrace. They loved when you opened up your little taverna for them and served up soft drinks and treats. Not to mention the music in the summer months drifting up the lane. You enriched our lives and left us with so many fond fond memories. Thank you so much for those.
