Kay was one of the first people I met on the road walking her dog when I moved to Laragh. She always had a very kind, warm and welcoming nature. She had many great interests and had time for every one. A lovely lady. May she Rest In Peace. Sympathies to all of her family in Laragh and Monaghan.

I was very sorry to hear of Kay’s passing. Although I worked with her in St Joseph’s NS a few years ago, I still remember her warmth, kindness, and the genuine care she showed to everyone in the school community.

Kay was at the heart of the school office — always welcoming, patient, and ready to help. She was deeply appreciated by staff and truly loved by the pupils, who were always met with her gentle smile and kindness.

Please accept my sincere condolences to Kay’s family, friends, and all who knew and loved her. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

I am so very sorry to hear of Kathleens death I have so many fond memories of our time in the Tech in Castleblayney and meeting up with her and her sisters in Mrs Murrays in Islandbridge where they stayed she was a gorgeous girl and a really good friend may her gentle soul rest easy 🙏
