The committee, staff, residents, day members and volunteers at Carnew Community Care were saddened to learn of the passing of Kathleen. Deepest sympathy is extended to her daughter Katharina and son Desmond. In particular we are thinking of her siblings; Josie who was a dedicated staff member at the Centre for many years; Anna and Eamon who are both valued residents in the Community Village and Seán who lives in the locality. A great debt of gratitude is owed to Kathleen for all the beautiful knitting which she donated for our various fund raising events in the Centre.
