Just heard yesterday of the sudden passing of Kathleen..she was a lovely lady..met her most Saturday nights in the breffini inn..it was always a brilliant night...shed always wave at me...her husband Daniel sang when he was there..a fabulous voice..loved him singing.....will miss her presence...what a loss. To Danny Sharon Daniel Tracy Niamh and to all her sisters and brother. I was so shocked and deeply saddened to here of Kathleen passing. Can't stop crying We all had losts of history together. Not only was she a wonderful neighbour to our family for 30 odd years, before my Mam and Dad moved. She was a great friend to my Mam and Dad, my lovely late Mam Joan and to my Dad Willie. My Dad asked me to give his condolence to all the family. He is deeply saddened and shocked. He was reminiscing of memories to me on the phone. He was telling me of all the lovely memories he had of all the holidays and weekends away they had, over many years with Kathleen and Danny, along with alot of our wonderful neighbours in Valley Park, some who are deceased and greatly missed. They had really great times and laughs together. I have wonderful memories growing up on woodbank. Sharon we were best friends growing up and remembering you doing brides maid for me and my precious late husband
Joe, and I your brides maid Great memories. I always got on great with your Mam and I had great laughs with her anytime I met her. She will be greatly missed. I pray God comforts and carries you all through this very sad time So sad we can't attend funeral because of covid restrictions, but we'll be with you on live stream Wednesday.
