I did not hear of Kathleen's passing at the time. Sympathies to Susan, Jennifer and family. Lovely memories of when we all worked together in The Abbey. May she be at peace.

Sincere sympathy to Susan, Jennifer, and all the extended O’Shea family on the death of Kathleen. She was a great character and resilient woman with an great sense of humour. Kathleen was a tireless worker for her family over an extended period and was admired for this trait. We cherish some lovely memories of her during her time in the Abbey Tavern where she usually enlivened the company with her humour and wit. Our thoughts are with her family during this difficult times.

We were all so sad to hear of Kathleen's passing. What a character, what a woman, kind, strong, resilient. We're going to miss her on the golf course, we used to have great fun with her and she would often sing songs on the fairways! We won't ever forget you Kathleen, rest in peace now.

Susan, Jennifer, very sad at the very premature loss of your wonderful mother - always a joy to meet on the Main Street or in Collins where there was always a queue to have a bit of craic with her. And thanks for the lovely photo on this site to remember her by. No doubt she is livening things up in Heaven already.

So very sorry to hear of Kathleen’s passing. I only got to know her recently through the choir, but she was a lovely woman who could tell you about everything & everyone in Howth’s history! She will be sorely missed at choir.
