Kathleen Rigley

Life without this amazing woman will never be the same. It’s been a bit now since Kay ventured onward, but I still feel her face will light up on my phone with her biting at the bit to tell me a new rather awkward joke or just letting me know she was thinking about me and wanted to hear my voice. I so miss that and everything else about this beautiful person we have all been so blessed to share. With deepest sympathy to Kay’s family, friends and every heart she touched. With love.

I was very sad to hear of Kathleen's passing. I have fond memories of our early childhood.There was only three weeks between us, I being the oldest. We had great happy days around Annaghfin and Corbally.

I was saddened to hear of the death of Kathleen. I was part of the chorus in the 'Merry Widow' in the Brigidine secondary school Tullow when Kathleen had the lead role. How she played that part! Her singing especially of Rosemarie left us all spellbound. She had such talent and carried it lightly. She had the looks, kindness and an amazing talent. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis.

Kathleen stood out with her beautiful looks , wonderful sincere smile and the voice of an angel. She was a kind and generous nurse. How we loved the Wexford strawberries she brought back with her! Kathleen rest now peacefully in the arms of the Angels. We'll miss your phone call at our reunion in September but rest assured you will be remembered and spoken of fondly.

Kathleen was ahead of me in Tullow, I remember her fabulous voice when she had the main part in school musical's....Rose Marie & The Merry Widow, and beautiful long hair, of which I was so jealous! She always had a lovely smile, and a great tan when school re-opened each September. If memory serves me, Kathleen was the class of 1975. May Kathleen rest in eternal peace, reunited with all who have gone before her.
