My fondest memories of my Auntie Kathleen are of her laughing together with her sisters whenever as children the family was reunited, usually to celebrate a wedding or during a summer holiday. As kids we loved her laugh and when the sisters were all together the joy they created was infectious. Later as a teenager, she put me up in Turnpike Lane and I still cherish the memories of her cooking me breakfast and warning me not to be galavanting around London all day.
Her sweet and gentle nature will always be remembered, and now she can join her sisters and brothers in eternal laughter in heaven.
To the Rowleys, Tommy, Ray, Kathy, Michael, John, and their families and to Auntie Myra and the entire Rock family, I extend our sincere and heartfelt condolences.
May her beautiful soul rest in peace.

She was a kind and hospitality woman and was a mother to everyone who came into her house, she is now gone home to rest with Michael and Peter and all her loved one's gone before her. Heartfelt condolences to all the Rowley family and to Myra and all Kathleen’s relatives and friends. She was an immense character, a spirit. Her expressive eyes, her sudden laugh, the red hair. I remember my mother reading out her sister Kathleen’s letters in our kitchen in the 1960’s. Kathleen was the first of the Rock girls to emigrate, but she always kept in touch. Deeply loved and remembered; RIP Kathleen.

Kathleen was my beautiful auntie. She was a huge part of my childhood. Wonderful visits with her beautiful big family during each summer.
