Kathy, you were truly one of the best people I have ever met throughout the course of my lifetime. Your fashionista sense of style and wit always struck me and others around you. You had confidence like no other and strutted your way into anywhere without a bother. Your classiness and elegance that graced County Tipperary will forever be missed. Loved all the monthly catchups we’d have at your house with tea and biscuits. Your life was always so fulfilled with excitement and joy and I hope in heaven you can continue being your best and most authentic self. You taught me lessons on how to be a woman. You’re like a sister I never had.. will forever miss you Kathy, you are fabulous. Sending lots of love and prayers to family and friends of hers. Rest easy Kath.

Oh my dear and beloved Kathy, how I miss your face so much already even though it has been years since we have reunited. I was gutted when I heard the news and taken back but in a slight moment I got a flash back to our life together our good and bad moments we shared with one another. Things I will never forget from shopping trips out to when you told me Mike had proposed to you. It’s crazy how time flies and I’m sorry I couldn’t have been with you till your last years but I will forever cherish every memory as I say every single person who has ever met you would. You have forever scortched my heart, Kathy Carroll one of a kind. Rest easy angel may you live on in memory.
