We were very sorry to hear of the passing of Kathy yesterday, at the amazing age of 98.
When we first moved to Sroughan in 1981, Kathy was very kind to us and invited us down on many occasions for tea. Kathy and I would often team up and go shopping in Naas. We had great chats in the car and she was really good company. As newcomers to the area, Kathy and her beloved husband, Tom, were very welcoming and kind.
