It's with a heavy heart that I write this. Although I only knew Katie mostly from our time working at GameStop she was someone you'd never forget. So down to Earth and always trying to help and do as much as she could.

I will always remember her kindness, going above and beyond for the people around her.

Sometimes you meet someone, and you don't realise the impact they have had on you, until you look back. Katie was one of those people. I am eternally grateful for having gotten to know the wonderful person that she was.
