Breon I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Though I met Katrina only the once I liked her very much. My sincere condolences to you and the children.

My sincere condolences to you Breon, your children and the extended family. Katrina and I were great friends and roommates in our early 20s, just out of college. We shared great times starting our careers, rollerblading all over the Southern California beaches and learning how to be grown-ups. She was a steadfast friend, always up for anything and always had the most beautiful smile on her face. May she rest in peace and may her memory always be a blessing.

Katrina was one of the first people I met I met in college while I was a thousand miles from home. I wI’ll never forget how nice she was and it felt good to just make a friend when I didn’t know anyone. My prayers to her family.

All of us in SEAI are so sorry to learn of the sad loss of Katrina. She was a wonderful colleague , always full of fun and full of energy as well as full of bright ideas. During her time with us she lead the way on so many key initiatives and was a pioneer in relation to renewable electricity and smart grids. Her short time in the organisation was not reflective of the long term impact Katrina made on Irelands world leading renewable energy status today. I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Katrina's passing - it is still so hard to believe. I worked with her in SEI in the early days and was reminiscing with another pal from SEI earlier remembering when she got engaged, the excitement and everything there was to come.
