I was saddened to hear of the passing of Katy. She was such a lovely kind caring person and good friend to everyone that knew her .i used to love having our chats at the bakehouse i missed that when the bakehouse went. We often had a few laughs going down to super value too in the car and on the way home. I am really going to miss Katy. My deepest condolences to her beautiful daughters Lola and Aggie and all katy family and katy best friend and great neighbour Tim who katy always had great time for. Rest in peace my friend Katy you will never be forgotten 💔

Katy will be very sadly missed by people wide & far, from the Funky Skunk Bantry & in Cork city where i first met her. Fly on to the next trip Katy & sure we will all meet again.
