Sincere condolences to the family. Kay was such a lovely lady who loved telling stories about her life and how proud she was of her children.

Mrs Bishop (Kay) always had a kind word and soft smile whenever I had the good fortune to visit the Bishop household. She dished up tasty snacks and witty remarks with ease, laced with a sense of incomparable humour. It was always a pleasure to be in the company of Mr (Maurice) Bishop and Kay and to experience the warmth of welcome extended to all guests to their home. Thanks for the memories and a lot more besides. Heartfelt condolences to Chris and Paul and extended family.

coffee mornings, bridge and long chats on the phone. May she rest in peace. My condolences.

Dear Jane, Chris & all the family, Paul and i send you our sincere sympathy on the death of a lovely lady who was a much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. It is very hard to lose a parent, no matter what age we are. May Kay Rest in Peace. My sympathy also to Jane and Paul - Jane, we met at a "Roslyn Park" reunion some years ago.

Paul and Chris, so sorry to hear of your Mum's passing. She will be greatly missed by all those that had the good fortune to know her. She had a great sense of humour and it was a joy to be in her company. My late Mum spent many happy years playing bridge with Kay and I thing I can hear the cards being shuffled now!
