I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to Lorraine on the death of her beloved mother Kay. Coming so soon after the death of your Dad this is really very difficult. I am abroad this week Lorraine and therefore cannot attend your Mums funeral - you are in my thoughts at this sad time.x

Dear Lorraine. We were so very sorry to hear of the passing of Kay. She was a lovely, talented lady and I personally will be forever grateful for the beautiful bridesmaids dresses she made for me. Thinking of you at this sad time, Joe, Aoife and Ciara Edge

It was with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Kay. Kay was an active and very popular member of our Volunteer team in the Helix for many years and always had a warm and genuine welcome for all of our patrons. On behalf of all of the Helix staff and Volunteers past and present, we would like to extend our heartfelt sympathies to Lorraine and the wider Byrne and Flynn families. May she Rest in Peace.

Dear Lorraine, we are deeply saddened by the passing of Kay, our much loved friend and neighbour on The Crescent for over 57 years. Kay was a truly talented lady in every way, baking, sewing, knitting, crocheting, cross stitch, her personalised cards that she made at Christmas for us all. What gifted hands Kay had. She shared all those talents with others and used them to fundraise for Brother Kevin to help the disadvantaged. She had great devotion to her faith, to her family and her friends. May the legacy she has left and the good memories you have bring you comfort at this incredibly difficult time and know that we are all here for you Lorraine. May Kay now rest in eternal peace reunited with her dearly loved Vincent. Lots of Love xxxx

Lorraine, I was very sorry to hear of Kay's death. I have great memories over all of the years that I knew Kay and Vincent of attending dog shows and then later volunteering at the Helix with Kay and the trips to the Christmas markets that she organised. I am thinking of you.
