My condolences to all Kay’s loved ones. I only got to know Kay in the past year while my own mother was sick. Kay was a huge support to us in that time and selfless in being there for my mother all the way through to the day of her funeral.

We will miss her greatly.

To Clodagh, Annmarie, Siobhán and all of your families, we are so sorry to hear the news and our sympathies to you all. Kay was such a great character, full of fun and laughter. She will be really missed in all our lives.

Kay was a dear friend to both of us and was always game for a laugh, I often quote her. We had a wonderful cruise with herself and Brian for our 40th wedding anniversaries, we shared the same month. I saw her a couple of weeks ago in St Vincents and sick as she was talked about our cruise and how much they enjoyed it.
She will be missed by so many and our thoughts are with her family, she was one of a kind.
