Aunty Kay, was a fantastic and inspiring woman. As a child my sister Eileen and I would spend Summers in Galway and Kay would spoil us.(Ye all spoiled us) She had so much Energy, Time and Love to give. Her greatest gift was she could literally connect with anyone and was a calm head in any situation. Kay always gave great encouragement to the youth.
