A life well lived! She was a role model, an innovator, a woman before her time. A luminous woman full of fun and bon vivant. I'm proud to have known her, been with her at a dietetic conference in Jerusalem and enjoyed her generous hospitality in Kenmare, and giggled with her at meetings over several decades! We were deeply saddened to hear of Kay’s passing.

For nearly thirty summers in Kenmare, she was one of the bright lights my parents looked forward to seeing each year. We were lucky enough to spend time with her during our visits, and her laughter, her stories, and her wonderful sense of fun left an unforgettable impression on all of us.

Though we haven’t seen her in many years now, she remains a cherished part of our family’s happiest memories in Ireland. We will join you in spirit to celebrate her life, lived with such warmth, humor and spirit.
