Started working with Kay when I was 17 in the hotel, then reconnected in latter years with Kay and Siobhan, some great fun & laughs over the years. Great chef and great gardener too with her wee secret garden!! Thinking of you all at this difficult time, a great loss to the world, fly high Kay xx
