On behalf of Marese O’Reilly [sister] , Andrew O’Reilly [brother] and myself – I wish to express my sympathy to the family of Kay Sweeney on her passing. We learned of her passing via the RTE programme "Ireland Remembers" just two days ago. Our own mother Mary O'Reilly passed away six months ago on the 6th November 2019.

With deepest sympathy to all the family. We knew Kay for many years in St Joseph's BNS and as a neighbour in Rathfarnham. A lovely lady, we had many chats along the road as she walked up to Rathfarnham Village and the Church.

Eugene, Alex, and Kenneth. May I offer my deepest condolences on the passing of your mother Kay. She was a truly kind and caring person. It was a pleasure to have known and worked with her.
Deepest Sympathy to Eugene, Alex and Kenneth at this sad time. Kay and I were good friends for nearly 70 years and I have many fond and happy memories of our friendship. Kay was a lovely person and possessed so many excellent characteristics. Always a true and loyal friend to me I will miss her very much. Rest in Peace Kay.
What a fitting tribute the service was today and celebration of a life well-lived by a very special person. Listening to Alex's lovely words reminded me of something I once read which very much applies to Kay - 'Those who give the most from life's pockets receives the most from God's pockets, if not here and now, then in the hereafter'. Now that Kay is re-united with Martin and all the 'old-guard' from the Cul de Sac, I've a funny feeling that there will be one hell of a sing-song and knees-up in Heaven this coming Christmas! Condolences again.
Would just like to say what a wonderful lady your mother Kay was. My own mother loved chatting to her and spoke so highly of her and in particular of her parish work. May she rest in peace. Thinking of you all
