Dr McNeece was a kind, caring and insightful doctor who took care of me following a horse riding accident. I have yet to meet another doctor in the UK with as much dedication to his profession, care and empathy as him. He was a true model of excellence to the Irish medical profession adapting a humanistic approach to patient care in family practice.

He never was one for air's & graces only straight talking to all.
He was always available day or night when needed to provide medical care & always went the extra mile.
He provided care for our Mum throughout her life & particurly the later years when she needed him. Thank you for that.
Kells will miss him & he was also a great supporter for our town in everyway.

So very sad to hear of your Dad's passing. To Laragh Sylvia and grandchildren my deepest sympathy. Kelly was our G.P.for many years. A fantastic doctor. Could call on him any time day or night. They were the good old days. He saved my son's eyesight by his quick decision he made. A great character and always wanted to hear all the news. Very witty. A gentleman. Rest in peace Kelly.
