So sorry to hear of your sudden loss. I first met Ken when we were acting together in the Focus Theatre in the early 1990s. Rest in peace, Ken.
I have only now heard of Ken's sudden passing. My deepest sympathies to his family and other loved ones. Awh Ken. You are the rarest of men- kind to a fault, soft and warm, always holding and leaving space for others. You are also so talented and brilliant and inventive at what you do. I can only speak about you in the present tense as that’s how you will always be for me. A gent like you will always be present tense. You are so loved.

Ken was a naturally gifted and hugely engaging storyteller who was a true master of his craft. He taught me a lot and I'm grateful that our lives crossed paths. The laughter we all shared, often triggered by Ken's one-liners, will stay with me forever. Rest easy Ken. And my condolences to all who knew and loved him.

It was a privilege to have known you Ken. Right from our heady days of youth in Inchicore and Bull Alley, to the more fleeting moments as we grew into adults, and into being parents. (Your children have grown into beautiful, brave, sensitive human beings btw).

From Ibsen to Euripedes, no matter the play or the part you always brought something unique, something no one else ever dared to attempt. You were such an intelligent, generous, exciting, unpredictable actor that I was always mesmerized watching you on stage, either from the wings or when in the audience.

Ken you have no idea of how much of a loss you are to the people who knew and loved you. I'm so sorry that this world was too harsh and too cruel for you. Hopefully you are at peace now.

My deepest condolences to Ken's family, dear friends, fellow actors, writers, directors and dreamers. May he rest in peace with the bluebird in his heart.

Sending all of my love to Ken's family at this unbelievably sad time. I worked with Ken for a short time and he was so kind and welcoming. I then got to know him through mutual friends and shared many laughs over pints. He was a sweet, deeply intelligent, funny and gentle soul.
