Kevin was a wonderful friend; he had a keen intelligence, was very well read and travelled, always open and curious. He was kind, open, able to make connections and friendships across cultures, while having the rare capacity to challenge in a gentle way. Sincere sympathy to all Kevin's family. He will be missed, i have fond memories of him, (my cousin) of his visits to our home. We picked black berries together and swam in the local river. He also brought me to my first ever time to the cinema. Kevin was kind, respectful and had a sense of humour
