To Ruth and all the Dowling family, I am so sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing. I knew Kevin well when he worked in the City Council and particularly in the Manager’s office. He was a wonderful kind man and had very high standards as a Public Official. May he rest in peace. He made a difference for the better while he was on this earth.

We worked together in the City over a 10 year period and, during that time, he was held in high regard by council members, by colleagues and by the many organisations we encountered.
