In more recent years Kevin and David always gave our family a friendly salute and warm greeting. I had the privilege of spending a little time with Kevin when he was in hospital and could see what a special person he was. He leaves a great legacy in his beautiful family. May he rest in peace with his wife.

Have fond memories of Kevin and Harah...he was one of our Garda's great characters, proud of the uniform that he wore and he wore it with distinction.
He was a loyal and faithful friend to all of us in Mount Argus, actively involved in the Garda Choir since Fr. Clarence and Maureen Reilly founded it to mark the Golden Jubilee of the Force. Above all he was a wonderful family man, a great husband and father. I smile when I think of some of the mad stories that he shared with the late, great Fr. Gay and myself in the sacristy. For sure he will brighten up Heaven. Really sorry I was unable to be there to pay my respects to a good man who lit up all our lives. Was committed to a Garda Wedding in Tipperary.
God rest you Kevin, and Harah too. Legends both.
Deepest Sympathy to David and all the Duffin family. May he rest in peace.

With great regret that I couldn't be present myself, I have just been watching Kevin's funeral service on the web. So uplifting. A recognition of a great character who, with Hara, has been part of my life for years. May they both be at peace together. They will bring laughter to heaven.
I am now about to join the community here in Mount Argus for our Mass, which I will offer for Hara, Kevin and all their wonderful family. Thanks for all the marvellous memories, Ralph.
