Kevin Flynn

Dear Kay and family, It was with great sadness that we just learned of Kevin’s passing. It is over 40 years since we lived directly opposite you in The Grove. Since leaving we have frequently reminisced about our first home and great neighbours in the Grove. Kevin and Kay always were the first to be mentioned with great warmth. Know that you are all fondly remembered and we are praying for you at this difficult moment.

Sincere condolences to Kay, Caroline, Olga, Áibhín & extended family on the passing of Kevin. He was a true gent. We are sure he is together with Sinead & Michael. Thinking of you all. May he rest in peace.

I have great memories of Kevin when we were growing up in Blacklion and the impromptu football matches in Bracken’s field. In recent years I enjoyed stopping for a chat with him on his many visits to Toam. He was a true gentleman.

Kevin was an absolute gentleman. I fondly remember him at the Club na nOg events where he would make sure everyone was having a good time and being well behaved.

He now rejoins his daughter Sinead and his grandson Michael in the eternal kingdom of heaven.

Dear Caroline and Family, So sorry to hear of your beloved Dads passing. I have the best memories of him giving so generously of his time to steer us all safely through those teenage years. Through his work with Youth-link and other endeavours he allowed us to forge bonds and have fun times that we will remember forever. We were so lucky to have him. I am away at the moment and so sorry I won’t make his funeral but I will be thinking of you all on Monday morning and over the next few weeks and months.
