To our dear nieces and nephews/cousins and my sister, Mary for their inspirational committment to Kevin’s side in his time of need. Kevin loved kids and I remember that when we first met in NY. As a young teenager our dad treated us to the cinema on Fordham Rd in the Bronx to see him in the All Ireland finals then. Kevin provided his fans with pride. Such a sad time for you, Mary, my sister, and for your family, at the loss of their Dad. You should be so very proud of each of your children and how they cared for and loved him. The past 2 years brought out the best in all of you. The highlights of Kevin's football years will never be forgotten. I remember clearly Kevin being in NY in his early years, with Nicky and I at Gaelic Park and in Dublin for each of the Finals in the early 70s. Rematch! And we went to Dublin again! Good times in the Catskills, the Bronx, and Boston, and the people we met-- Treasure these memories and Kevin will not be forgotten.
