I used to always be so glad to see Kev, in the Spar, in Aldi, on the street, having drinks in the pub or wherever I'd bump into him. He was the kind of person you looked forward to seeing and having the chats and bants with. He took his time with you and was engaged when he gave you his attention. I am sure everyone else that knew him felt the same.

I know it must be so difficult for all of you now he's gone. He leaves a void that can never be filled by anyone else. But the love you have for him never goes away, you carry with you. Hope in the difficult days you find the strength to help each other. Never stop talking about him. Cos when you do he comes back to life through you. Sending big love. He was a gent and is sorely missed.

I was very shocked to hear of the sudden and untimely passing of Kevin. My deepest condolences to Kevin's family and friends at this very difficult and sad time.

I was shocked and saddened to hear this guy with a beautiful soul had passed away. I think goodness just shines from some people and Kevin glowed with it. May he Rest in Peace.

We will remember kevin in his boat as peaceful as his beloved river.
