Kevin was a great mentor and a great person. It was a pleasure to learn from him and I really enjoyed our time working together. He always put people first and he will be greatly missed. He helped to shape the manager I have become and for that I will be forever grateful.

I got my first job in McDonald’s Douglas around 2000 and under Kevin’s mentorship he promoted me to floor manager just before I turned 18.
He was a brilliant store manager. They were hectic yet golden years with many young students working part-time to support the older, full-time staff.
Kevin was gifted at being able to handle all of us. Always smiling and always up for a laugh, he was a diligent manager that got the best from everyone. He often let me off the hook with the odd late clock in too!
I have very fond memories of Kevin and there was many a memorable staff night out. I loved my four years in McDonald's, and that was because of the atmosphere Kevin created and fostered.

I’m so very sorry, Kevin was a lovely person. I have great childhood memories of playing marbles, games, chasing, trick r treating on Halloween and brilliant summer holidays in Wales with Kevin as the centre of everything we did. I’ll treasure these even more now. Lots of love, Karen
