Cora, Joe and family, while there will be a vacuum now in the "Auldies" training group at Salmon Leap Canoe Club, I like to imagine that Kevin will still be there in spirit, maybe even send us a small wave/wash or a following wind to help us on our way around. He was the best of training partners over the years; just a wonderful human being. I never left his company without feeling better than before we met. RIP. Kevin was such a beautiful person who I had the pleasure of living next door to in st Mary’s park when I was a child. I remember clearly the last conversation I had with him a couple of years ago when he was on his way to the canal with his boat. Such a positive and great man who will be very missed. Rest well Kevin and a big hug to all the Murphy family at such a difficult time. May his great energy pass on to you all. The song, The Voyage, was so perfect in reflection of his life.
