A true Dublin legend as the only man ever to drive a car (cortina) over the Hap 'penny Bridge and a motor bike through Howth village stark naked .
As Sinatra would you did it your way.
Say hello to Ben (Kealy) and Bert (O Brien) when you arrive at the great gates and be nice to them

Kevin is part of North Dublin folklore. An immense player, a bear in the water, tough and uncompromising yet always happy to shake hands and socialise after the game. Admired and respected by all in the sport. Sleep well Kevin.

It was sad to hear of the passing of Kevin a legend in water polo and a giant figure in my memory of our great games against North Dublin. Along with his brother Davy he was a force to be reckoned with. He made an outstanding contribution to North Dublin. I know that he will be sadly missed. I wish to extend my deepest sympathies, those of my club Clonard and as President of Ireland Waterpolo those of the whole of water polo to his family. Rest In Peace.
