I am so sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. Kevn introduced me to his European network and we enjoyed many trips to several cities working to further professionalism in the construction industry. Kevin was an absolute gentleman and a great friend.

I served on the Board of the ICE RoI branch with Kevin. We was an excellent engineer with a deep concern for the professional development of others, the right systems being put in place by government to protect the people (his work on Assigned Certifier) but most of all he was a massively warm individual sharing Easter and Christmas emails every year. I also way looked forward to getting them. Ar deis de go raibh a ainm.

Condolences, Catherine and family, on the loss of your beloved Kevin. A gentle, kind, polite man who loved to chat and crack jokes. He always showed genuine interest in others and wished people well. A very competent and intelligent man who enjoyed his daily Wordle and similar word games, challenges and puzzles. He was devoted to his family and so proud of his grandchildren.

I have such fond memories of meeting up with both Kevin and Catherine at numerous IBCI Conferences and Meetings over many years. I was saddened to get news of the death of Kevin. We were fellow members of the IBCI. At the meetings he was always interested in involving everyone. He will be remembered as a really decent person.

Sadly it is time to say farewell to Kevin. I knew him through the Irish Building Control Institute where he was Past President and on the IBCI Council for many years. Kevin was heavily involved and gave generously of his time and expertise at the IBCI Conference every year (accompanied by his beloved wife Catherine who also helped to make the conferences a success). Kevin loved to contribute to his profession and was highly respected for his generosity and expertise. As a valued friend he will be missed and I have wonderful memories of so many meetings and events enjoyed in his company. He lit up talking about his grandchildren. My sincere condolences to his cherished family and all who knew him. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
I was greatly saddened to hear of Kevin Passing. A true gentleman and professional. I worked with Kevin as a member of the Voluntary Construction Register for many years and also with the CIOB where Kevin was on many judging panels for various awards over the years. He would always send a Christmas card extending his good wishes at Christmas time, a gesture I really appreciated. He will be greatly missed by all those that knew him especially his family and friends.
