My sincere sympathy to Ciara and family on the death of your Dad. He taught me science when he was vice principal at the old school (Tech) in the early 80's. Mr. Kirke was a great teacher and an absolute gentleman. He was always up for a chat and interested in what I was doing when anytime we met in later life. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
