Sending my deepest sympathies to all of Kim's family and indeed all who knew Kim. Kim was a great source of support, kindness, rationality, sincerity and genuieneness. Her presence left a huge mark on all who had the fortune to get to know her...I can still hear her voice from our many conversations over the years and will treasure my memories.
