I am devastated by Kim’s passing, with so so much more life left to live. She was always true to herself and to her friends, having your back if you were lucky enough to call her a friend (provided she didn’t think you were being stupid about something!). She followed her passions and gravitated to those who did the same, even when those passions could be very different from her own. That is what gave her so many great friends from so many different walks of life. She was also incredibly generous with her passions, sharing her art, knitting and particularly her baking to make others smile. I will cherish a baby blanket she knitted for my son and will think of her often when trying to bake and wishing I could ask for her help.

To all of Kim’s family, my sincere condolences for your loss. I hope that you can find some comfort in all the lovely and often hilarious stories people have shared and will continue to share about great times with Kim. She is greatly missed.

My heartfelt sympathy to Kim's family, partner and friends. I'm a regular in KC Peaches. I didn't know Kim well, we shared chats about hers and my daughters mutual love of Tim Burton amongst other things. One day she had a Tim Burton related gift for my daughter. To me this lovely gesture I'm sure reflected the type of person she was - kind, thoughtful and caring. RIP Kim and thank you x
