Deepest condolences to Eva, Kyle's lovely wife and to Kyle's parents and family. I first met both Kyle and Eva at college in Waterford. Kyle was a fighter and it didn't matter if it was a college project, a 5k run or an illness, his fighting spirit was evident and no doubt derived from his diligent excerise training with his beloved father. There are no words that can take away the grief, the memories made with Kyle will give you strength. May Kyle Rest in Peace.

We were saddened and shocked to hear of Mr Comerford's untimely passing.
Kyle taught our son in FCJ Bunclody.
We heard many wonderful things about him from his sharp dress sense to his warm & caring personality & how he made learning, engaging, intresting & fun.
My son encouraged me to meet Mr Comerford at a parent-teacher meeting, his genuine kindnesses left a lasting impression.
He was warm, friendly, and a true inspiration to his students.
I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Kyle that day, he was a breath of fresh air.

Kyle's students were truly fortunate to have known him, & the care & encouragement he shared will leave a lasting impression on all who met him.

Dear Eva and the Comerford family,

We are all so sorry for enormous loss. Kyle was such a popular character at Ambassador International Academy. His positive energy lifted us all up every day. We would hear him coming down the hallway every morning before we seen him, he always had a big hello and a word for everyone as he came.

We are glad we got to meet you when you came to the school that day and we could share some of our memories of Kyle and hear some of your stories. Thinking of you all.

Kyle was an amazing person who brought such positive energy to every interaction. He epitomised, for us, what a teacher should be, someone who can inspire, guide, correct and genuinely enjoy engaging with their students. He clearly cared deeply about his work and about the people he worked with.

Kyle ignited a real passion for his subjects in my son, so much so that he went on to choose his college course because of him. My daughter often spoke of what a joy Kyle was, even just to pass in the corridor, and as parents we always found our interactions with him, including at parent–teacher meeting, to be authentic and uplifting.

Please be assured that Kyle has left a lasting impact. While it feels he has been taken far too soon, his memory will live on through his students, their college journeys and their future careers. Rest in peace, Kyle.

I worked with Kyle correcting during the summer months over a few years and we worked very well together, due to Kyle’s diligence and bubbly persona. Always had a nice word to say and always so nice to converse with.
