It was so lovely to have known Laura over the years. I never met her that she didn’t stop to say hello and never left her without a smile on my face. I am deeply saddened to hear of Laura's passing. I first met Laura in 1984 when the Portlaoise Panto Group were preparing to hit the stage in the CBS Assembly Hall, Tower Hill with a bang! And so they did. A talented lady, her acting and singing skills extended far beyond the footlights to behind the scenes where Laura was particularly gifted in the area of costume production. She shared these gifts selflessly with countless people for many years. Such fun we had. Such laughter. I was very fond of this lady. My heart goes out to her family and extended family at this sad time of loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May you rest in peace, dearest Laura, until we meet again. Thank you for the memories. x
