Laura: a name representing the embodiment of victory and strength, traits associated with Laura during some challenging times she faced. I had the pleasure of working with Laura in the former NEHB and the HSE for some years and I will always treasure those memories. Full of life, love, kindness, empathy, an innate sense of loyalty, a wicked sense of humour and full of fun and laughter, we had some amazing times and a lot of laughs along the way. As a colleague and a friend, she was just a beautiful person on the inside and outside. To her heartbroken family, her loss will be immeasurable and I extend my sincere sympathy to Kathy, Sean and David and to James, Caitlin and Sean and to the extended Fegan and Plasic families.
