So sorry des for your loss Laura was a beautiful lady. I remember her well in the early 80s in the good old days in parnell st. We always called her misha. When she called to the door of the factory she was one amazing woman and a great mother to you des junior god rest her gentle soul. She's now with her beloved stella and Desmond god bless you ❤️
Deepest condolences to all the Quigley family on the sad passing of Mrs. Quigley. I served Mrs.Quigley as i always called her for a number of years in collins ave post office and her husband before that. She never failed to make us smile with her hearty laugh, beautiful smile and her singing. May she rest in peace . Heaven has gained another angel xx

Auntie Laura, as she's known to all the great-nephews and nieces, was a huge part of my childhood. Some of my earliest memories are of exploring all the exciting things in her home. Laura's excitement to teach the kids about things she cared about - perhaps a bit of family history, or an old Irish tune she'd sing - never let up, no matter how old we (or she) became; a quality she and Des shared. That energy made her a big personality in the mind of a little boy, and it's never diminished. She will be sorely missed at family gatherings to come, but impossible to forget.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Laura. My deepest sympathy to Desmond, Pheobe, Blana, Caitriona, Orla and Louise. Laura and Des were brilliant neighbours to me ever since I moved next door in 1990. Laura - you will be sadly missed. R.I.P. Kathryn, John, Jennifer and John
