I'm so sorry to hear about Laura's passing. Laura was the first person I met when I landed in Los Angeles in 2008. Her and I quickly became close friends. What I will remember most about Laura is her outpouring generosity and her humor. I'm so lucky to have met Laura, and I will cherish the fond memories we shared together. Thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

Part III
I was to travel to Paris and London. Laura thought it would be a good idea for me to make a “quick stop” to visit her in Ireland and I’m thankful I did, Memories to last a lifetime. Thanks to Laura I got my first photo with a leprechaun. After many a pint she made me cozy at her home and made sure that her dog Holly slept in bed with me. I loved meeting Laura’s family and staying at their home. Upon my visit Laura made sure I got to see Lock Bridge even though she had no interest in it. Love - When you walk across the Ha'penny Bridge in Dublin, you will find a brunch of padlocks locked on the bridge. These are known as "love padlocks" or "love locks," which are added by couples as a public symbol of their love for one another. My love for Laura will remain locked in.

Part II: (Laura would appreciate my long windedness!)
We were once trapped in her apt elevator for over an hour and we had people in the building slipping snacks through the elevator door opening that was jammed. In that time she had posted our situation on social media and we had people actively checking in on us. Laura could have been a comedian though she never would have believed it. I saw so much talent and light in her that she could not see in herself. I adored that girl. She was and is a special soul and though we lost touch she’ll be sorely missed. My heart is heavy for her family especially and dear friends that stuck by her side through thick and thin. I wish Laura know how special she truly was. God gained a beautiful angel. Let’s all remember Laura’s happiest of times and picture her beautiful smile and laugh. That’s how I’ll always picture Laura when I think of her. May you be at peace Laura. You are a beautiful kind of love. Love you dearly old

I met Laura in LA through a mutual friend and we hit it off instantly. She was kind, warm, welcoming, hilarious and very compassionate. She really listened and was invested. She kept in touch after we met for our first time and we became fast friends. Laura was highly entertaining and loved to laugh. Her sense of humor was very unique and her attention to detail quite impressive. When I was having a tough day (or not) she’d invite me over snd we’d hang out on her balcony and chat for hours and come up with ideas to simply be better whether it was internal or external. We loved talking about girly things such as best hair products and skincare products. Laura LOVED to shop. One of my most memorable shopping experiences with Laura was a Christmas sale and we woke at 5am to hit the sales. She was a friend you wanted at your side for EVERY season and every funny moment. She took dull moments and gave them meaning and made them shine.

Goodbye Laura, it was a privilege to have known you. My sincere condolences to your family.
