Deepest sympathy to Greg and the extended Whelan Family at this time. May he R.I.P.
On hearing the sad news today, there is also comfort, that uncle Larry is at peace, and has people to catch up with now, Mark and Maureen, .......and mam probably had a glass ready for you !

I have many fond memories of Larry and Maureen visiting Swords, and the many many laughs, jokes and songs we had together with our wonderful relations - Keegans and O' Briens

I also remember the time Larry shared to me while at work, explaining how the eye works, and the way opticians used their tools to get the right perscription, and how it all connected.

I loved visiting his shop, I got to meet with my cousins and the odd celebrity too !, and there were many that strolled across from Dáil Éireann. I think most of the TD's and Senators knew where the best Dublin optician was.......'only down the road'

I send my best wishes and condolences to my Artane cousins. x

Go raibh maith agat Uncle Larry....Coladh sámh 's beidh mé ag smaoineamh ort.
