Reading through the condolences for my lovely dad has brought a bittersweet tear to my already tear-battered eyes. He was a gentle soul, with the quickest wit and an absolute wealth of knowledge on so many subjects. He was a gentleman in the truest sense of the word. He left a warm and uplifting impression on everyone lucky enough to meet him. My condolences are for those who never had the pleasure of a cuppa and a chat with my dad. You missed out on spending time with an absolute legend. Rest easy now dad. I’m going to miss you , my ould pal xxxx
