Dear Denise and Kennedy family
We are all very shocked and sorry to hear the news of Leo’s sudden passing away. No words can console your sorrow but please take some comfort knowing that Leo was highly regarded by friends and colleagues at Stora Enso. Leo was a great guy and he always managed to bring a smile to everyone’s face. He will be greatly missed.

I was so very sorry to hear of Leo's untimely passing and I can only express my sincere condolences to you all.
Leo has had a huge impact on me, from the moment he took a risk in hiring a young, naive, English 'boy' over ten years ago. I can honestly say that I have never had more fun working for anyone and I have fond memories of Leo's legendary hour long phone calls with his feet on the window sill in his office, tales of the early days of LHK, lunch at Fagan's and picking Meghan up from school. After leaving Ireland, I think he was often more worried about my career than I was and he has been a huge help to me.
He was a charmer in the nicest possible way, had incredible, mischievous eyes and a huge appetite for life.
Our thoughts are with you all.
