My sincere condolences to all the McGirl family on the passing of Leo.
He was a very kind and gentle soul.
I always remember Leo and Barry Fitzgerald coming to our house in Ballyglunin to visit my mother and father several times over the years.
They were always welcome.
May Leo rest in peace.

Thinking of all the great times we spent in his & Rose’s great company over the years. Especially all the times they gave us the lounge to rehearse with the band and wouldn’t take a penny from us. Every year Rose & Leo would fill the diary for the year with a gig once a month. They always looked after us for as long as they were in the Ratoath Inn..
