We ask Our lady to console you on the bitter loss but we know that a faithful servant of Our lady is with us in all our prayers and service of Our lady who will welcome Leo especially for his perseverance in her service.. .. We can thank the Rod for such faithful service calm unselfish and devout; an example to us all.

Dear Catherine, so sorry to hear of Leo’s death. Unfortunately, I am in hospital myself and was unable to attend this morning’s funeral Mass. Have great memories of playing on Glenanne’s 1st XI and going on hockey tours. He always had a smile on his face. May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Extremely sorry to hear of the passing of Leo who was a fine gentleman with a great sense of humour and very down to earth. Sincere condolences to Catherine and the extended family. Very saddened to hear of the passing of my uncle Leo. He was very close my mother Ann and we have fond memories of Leo in Poddle Park when we were growing up.
He was a great sportsman and his travels and photography were an inspiration to me personally.
He did expeceptional work with those who are less fortunate in our society.
