We are deeply saddened to hear of Leonard's departure. Our sincerest sympathy on this terrible loss. Our thoughts & prayers are with you at this sad time.
Leonard was a gentleman and a significant influence for good in others' lives. He was kindhearted generous & caring. He was a man of great honour and virtue, his deeds will speak of his nobility.
We will always remember Leonard's wonderful sense of humour every time we met. He had a great interest in Literature, good books & poetry
One day while visiting the cemetery I met Leonard he said " get out of the car and we'll have a chat". That chat lasted about 2 hours. He spoke of the "good old days"
Leonard was a courageous man who never faltered in his determination to fight his illness and carry on regardless.
We admired how competent the family were in providing excellent care for him in recent years as his health declined. We were very impressed by the family's devotion to him throughout his lengthy illness.
He is now gone to join his dear wife Eileen and the family have2 Angels praying for them.
