Dear Binchy family,

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of lovely Lee. Lee was a wonderful unique lady and her warmth and hospitality were deeply meaningful to me during my time in Dublin. She and Owen welcomed me into their home after only meeting me once briefly a year before, and the time I spent with them those first few weeks, as well as subsequent dinners over the coming years, were invaluable in making Ireland feel like a second home to me. All of us stateside remember her fondly and extend all of you our deepest sympathies for your loss.
