There are no words to describe my deepest condolences to you all on the heartbreaking passing of Leslie. She truly was one of a kind, I was so lucky to have plucked up the courage 31 years ago to ask her could I copy her notes for lectures I missed, and on the safe return of her notes we became friends for life. My time with Leslie was spent laughing, sometimes laughing so hard we cried. My heart broke when I heard about Leslie’s illness and death and how devastating it is for you all and everyone who was lucky enough to have known her. Some of the happiest times in my life were spent with Leslie because she was simply amazing. I will love and miss my friend forever. Rest in Peace Leslie xxx
