Liam (Bunty) Ormond

My memories of Liam go back to way before my brother Neil married his lovely sister Patsy.
Liam would drop into St Vincent’s school carrying a tray of iced currant buns held aloft by one hand.
The class knew we had a few minutes of fun and laughter. We all hated Liam leaving.

I only heard today of Buntys passing. Such a lovely and funny man. I remember him as a friend to my parents Jim and Catherine Byrne and as so kind to us as children and teenagers on our super holidays in cork. We send our condolences to all his family. May he rest in peace.
