My sincere condolences to Denise, Stephen,Louise and all of Liams extended family. Liam was a gentleman and I became very friendly with himself and Denise from our earliest days in Coopers Inn and right through my 20 years there. We had great conversations discussing the rights and wrongs of the world and all things soccer while Liam drank his favourite pint of smithwicks!! He followed Kevin’s career with great interest and was a very knowledgeable man about all subjects.Great days and memories where many a laugh was had with Liam and plenty of good honest debate too. May Liam Rest in Peace. Padraig and all the Doyle family.

Liam was a totally professional seaman and caterer who always worked with skill, dedication, a sense of humour and real humanity. It was my privilege to work with him through many years in both ICL and Irish Ferries. May he now find peace and rest in this, the next stage of his eternal voyage.
