I am so so sorry to hear that Liam has passed. What a wonderful soul. He was Always so kind to my Daughter Colleen in St. Anne's School. May Liam's Tender Soul Rest in Peace.

On behalf of the staff of St Anne’s School, I wish to express our deepest sympathy to Liam’s wife, children, and family on his passing.

It is impossible to find words that truly convey the sense of loss felt across our school community. Liam was a friend to all. He went above and beyond in everything he did and could never do enough for others. In so many ways, he was the quiet safety net for us all - someone we relied upon, trusted, and were deeply grateful to have beside us each day.

Over almost 30 years of dedicated service, Liam quite literally kept St Anne’s School going. Working tirelessly and often behind the scenes, he ensured that the school functioned smoothly, always doing whatever was needed to keep things running and the school day moving forward. His commitment went far beyond his role; he gave generously of his time, energy, and skill without ever seeking recognition.

As a colleague and friend, Liam was endlessly kind and supportive. So many staff carry their own memories of moments when Liam stepped in, solved a problem, or quietly made a difficult day easier. His presence brought reassurance and calm to our school.

Liam had a wonderful rapport with our pupils always placing the needs of the children first.

Liam will always hold a very special place in the heart of St Anne’s School. While his absence will be deeply felt, he will be remembered with great fondness, gratitude, and respect by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

May Liam rest in peace.

We celebrate a caretaker who was the heart of the school. He was kind, patient, and saw the best in every child.

He loved his work and, admittedly, chocolate that was his down fall. ( putty in our hands )His impact was immeasurable, and he will be deeply missed thinking of mags and his family that he spoke dearly about on a daily basis. Always remembered and missed liam. One of a kind buddy xx
